ممثل البوليساريو لدي الأمم المتحدة يهاجم الأمين العام منتقدا تقريره الأخير
أنباء انفو- هاجم ممثل جبهة البوليساريو الدائم في الأمم المتحدة البخاري احمد الأمين العام الجديد للأمم المتحدة أنطونيوس غوتيريس منتقدا بعض ما ورد في تقريره الأخير حول ملف الصحراء الغربية .
وقال البخاري ، في اول تعليق له نشر اليوم 19 ابريل ، على تقرير الأمين العام ، إن التقريرهو ككل تقرير لأمين عام لا يزعم ولا يمكنه تغيير موقف الأمم المتحدة أو الاتحاد الإفريقي اللذين يحددان قضية الصحراء الغربية كمسألة تصفية استعمار، تندرج تحت مبدأ تقرير المصير، المتضمن في القرار 1514
وأضاف البخاري في حوار مع وكالة الانباء الصحراوية(قريبة من البوليساريو) أن الاجماع الدولي حول القضية كتصفية استعمار الذي انضم مؤخراً اليه الاتحاد الأوروبي، ليس تنازلاً أو اختراعا اصطناعيا وإنما هو انعكاس، على المستوى الدولي، للواقع الوطني الصحراوي وللمطالب المشروعة لشعبِ آخرِ مستعمرة في إفريقيا في تقرير المصير والاستقلال. “هذا هو الخط الأساسي الذي لا يمكن لأحد تعديله” يؤكد السيد البخاري.
وحول محتويات التقرير يؤكد البخاري أن الأمين العام للأم المتحدة اظهر في تقريره حذرا زائدا والبوليساريو لا تشاطره فيه، لأنه يستثني من التقرير أموراً لا جدال فيها ومعروفة، ولأنه ليس الطريقة الأفضل للتعامل مع العرقلة المستمرة التي يقوم بها المغرب. ولكن ليس هناك تغير في المعايير الأساسية، ولا يمكن أن يكون.
وفي هذا السياق أكد البخاري أنه يمكن الوصول إلى الاستنتاج بأن وجهة نظر البوليساريو قد تم عكسها هناك بوضوح؛ وهي وجهة نظر منسجمة، معقولة ومؤسسة بصلابة على قاعدة حقيقة الوقائع وعلى وضوح المراجع القانونية القائمة، والتي من بينها قرار مجلس الأمن الماضي، ومحتوى الرسائل المتبادلة مع مختلف أقسام الأمم المتحدة، من بينها القسم القانوني، ونص الاتفاقية العسكرية رقم 1 حول حفظ وقف إطلاق النار.
وعن إمكانية تعرض الأمين العام الجديد لضغوط من المغرب أجاب السيد بخاري “لدينا إثبات بأنه تمت ممارسة ضغوط ومحاولات فرض شروط على الأمين العام، مثل الإلحاح على استقالة السيد كريستوفر روس. التقرير نفسه يقول ذلك. إنه سلوك ممنهج في النشاط الخارجي المغربي، وهم الآن يحاولون تنفيذه تجاه الاتحاد الأوروبي والاتحاد الإفريقي، مثلما رأينا ذلك في داكار. هذا الإجراء يعطي أحياناً نتائج على المدى القصير، ولكنه ليس ضمانة للحصول على تلك النتائج في المستقبل. من الممكن أن يكون هذا قد أدى إلى تأثير على أمين عام جديد، ليس معتاداً على مثل هذا النوع من الضغوط”
وأضاف ” لا يمكن لأمين عام أن يعطي للمغرب ما يريد، وهو تشريع احتلاله لبلادنا.
ثم يضيف أيضا .. لا أحد يمكنه أن يمنحه ذلك، رغم إستراتيجية التخويف واللجوء إلى حجج وأوهام سخيفة، قد تجد آذاناً صاغية في بعض العواصم الغربية”.
ظهر الحق وزهق الباطل تبخرت يا بوخاري ومعك البوليزاريو. لاخوف عليك لانك تسكن اميريكا مع اسرتك وكنت تكذب على مجموعة الشباب بالنصر. والآن اتضح الامر خسرتم المعركة ووصل أجلكم.
الصحراوين لايعريفون هذه الهزاءىم في اروقة ابادلامم المتحدة بل يفتخرون بالشجاعتهم في الحرب وهو ما يخشاه الجيش المغربي الجبان وعودة المكون المدني للمنورسو اكبر دليل والدليل الاخر على جبن المغاربة لماذا لم يطرد المراقبين الاممين العسكرين لانهم يخشونا الحرب لايستطعون الوقوف في وجه الصحراوين ولاجؤ الى الاممالمتحدة لكي تحميهم فرنسا كما تحمي عاشقتها كماوصفها سفير فرنسا سابقا
