ويتناول لقاء دكار، الذي تنظمه هيئة الشراكة الدولية للتعليم موضوع تعبئة الموارد في الدول المستفيدة من التمويلات في المجال التربوي، علما بأن الهيئة تضم 65 دولة بينها موريتانيا والسينغال.
