مجلس الوزراء يصادق على جملة تعيينات(نص بيان)
أنباء انفو- اجتمع مجلس الوزراء الموريتاني يوم الخميس 18 ابريل 2019 .
وقد درس المجلس وصادق على مشروع قانون يسمح بالمصادقة على اتفاقية القرض الموقعة بتاريخ 21 مارس 2019 في نواكشوط بين حكومة الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية والصندوق العربي للإنماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، والمخصصة للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع إعادة تأهيل طريق بوتليميت ـ ألاك.
كما درس المجلس وصادق على مشاريع المراسيم التالية:
– مشروع مرسوم يقضي بتعيين أعضاء مجلس إدارة المختبر الوطني لمراقبة جودة الأدوية.
– مشروع مرسوم يقضي بتعيين رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة مركز الإستطباب بالنعمة.
– مشروع مرسوم يقضي بتعيين رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة إسكان
– مشروع مرسوم يتضمن تعديل بعض ترتيبات المرسوم رقم 2017-031 بتاريخ 9 مارس 2017 المتضمن ترقيم السيارات بالجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية.
– مشروع مرسوم يقضي بتعيين رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الشركة الوطنية لترقية البنى التحتية الرقمية.
– مشروع مرسوم يقضي بالمنح المؤقت لقطعة أرضية بنواكشوط لصالح شركة AFROPORT.
وقدم وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون عرضا عن الوضع الدولي.
وقدم وزير الداخلية واللامركزية بيانا عن الحالة في الداخل.
وقدم وزير الوظيفة العمومية والعمل والتشغيل وعصرنة الإدارة بيانا يتعلق بحصيلة إنجازات قطاع الوظيفة العمومية والعمل والتشغيل وعصرنة الإدارة للفترة 2009-2018 وآفاقه.
وقدم وزير الثقافة والصناعة التقليدية والعلاقات مع البرلمان بيانا يتعلق بتسجيل مهرجان المدن القديمة في السجل الوطني للتراث لتسجيله على لوائح التراث الثقافي اللامادي العالمي.
وأخيرا، اتخذ المجلس الإجراءات الخصوصية التالية:

– لحبيب محمد المختار، قاضي، نائب المدعي العام لدى محكمة الاستئناف بانواذيبو سابقا
– محمد سيد أكلاي، كاتب ضبط، كاتب ضبط بمديرية الموارد البشرية سابقا.
