قرار جديد اتخذته السلطات السعودية متمثلة في المديرية العامة للجوازات التابعة لوزارة الداخلية بشأن الوافدين ، حيث قالت عبر صفحتها علي موقع التدوينات القصيرة ” تويتر ” : لن يسمح بالعودة للمملكة من المقيمين إلا بعد انتهاء أزمة جائحة كورونا المستجد وإعلان ذلك رسميًا وبموجب تأشيرة دخول سارية المفعول.
جاء ذلك في رد على استفسار من أحد المغردين بسؤاله: “مقيم عمل خروجا وعودة هل يستطيع العودة قبل انتهائها أو أنه لا يمكن دخول السعودية إلا بعد انتهاء جائحة كورونا؟”، ليرد الحساب الرسمي بقوله: “أهلًا بك، عزيزي لن يسمح لك بالعودة إلا بعد انتهاء أزمة جائحة كورونا المستجد وإعلان ذلك رسميًا، وبموجب تأشيرة دخول سارية المفعول سعدنا بتواصلك”.
وحفاظا علي حقوق تلك العمالة ومواعيد تأشيرة الدخول التي تم تحديدها قبل مغادرة الوافد أكدت الجوازات السعودية أنه سيتم الإعلان عن استئناف آلية تمديد تأشيرة الخروج والعودة بعد انتهاء أزمة جائحة كورونا المستجد، مؤكدة أنه في حال صدور قرارات أو تعليمات جديدة سوف يتم الإعلان عنها عبر القنوات الرسمية. جدير بالذكر ان إجمالي الإصابات بفيروس كورونا في المملكة بلغ 164144 حالة فيما بلغ إجمالي الوفيات بهذا الفيروس 1346 ، وإجمالي حالات التعافي 109.885.
