محكمة طرابلس تقرر تأجيل جلسة النطق بالحكم على السنوسي المسجون منذ سلمته انواكشوط
أنباء انفو- أصدرت محكمة استئناف ليبيا بالعاصمة طرابلس ، الإثنين قرارا يقضى بتأجيل جلسة النطق بالحكم على عبدالله السنوسي رئيس جهاز المخابرات السابق المسجون منذ سلمه نظام ولد عبد العزيز فى انواكشوط عام2012 إلى الحكومة المسيطرة على طرابلس .
وذكرت مصادر الإعلام الليبية أن جلسة النطق أُجّلت إلى يوم الاثنين المقبل الموافق 15 من شهر مايو 2023.
وأرجعت المصادر قرار التأجيل إلى عدم تمكن المحكمة من إحضار المتهم إلى قاعو الجلسة.
ويحتجز السنوسي، في سجن بطرابلس منذ عام 2012، بعد أن ان قامت حكومة موريتانيا التى لجأ إليها إلى أعدائه فى طرابلس.
وحسسب المجلة الفرنسية جون أفريك ، توجد مفاوضات لإطلاق سراح عبدالله السنوسي حيث تستغل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية فى طرابلس رموز نظام القذافي المسجونين لديها كورقة ضغط سياسية، طبقا لمصادر الصحيفة الفرنسية المذكورة.
