أنباء انفو- قررت الإدارة الجديدة لمجموعة شركة سوسيتى جينرال الفرنسية، الإنسحاب من موريتانيا و ثلاثة دول أفريقية أخرى ، رغم تجديدها “التزامها بالقارة الأفرقية” فى صدارة قائمة أولوياتها الإستثمارية .
قرار الإنسحاب من موريتانيا وثلاثة دول أخرى جاء بعد أيام قليلة من تعيين سلاومير كريبا ، رئيسا لمجموعة ” سوسيتي جنيرال-Societe Generale” .
وحسب بلاغ من الإدارة الجديدة يحمل تاريخ8يونيو 2023 ، تمت المصادقة على اتفاق مع مجموعتين مصرفيتين أفريقيتين لبيع الشركات التابعة لمجموعة ” سوسيتي جنيرال-Societe Generale” فى موريتانيا الكونغو وغينيا الاستوائية وتشاد.
وسيخضع فرع المجموعة فى تونس( الاتحاد الدولي للبنوك UIB) ، لتعديل ” استراتيجي” .
على ان تحتفظ الشركة بفروعها العملاقة فى المغرب وساحل العاج ، الكاميرون بمثابة معاقل المجوعة فى أفريقيا.
