رئيس فرنسا يتهم روسيا بمحاولة زعزعة الإستقرار فى أفريقيا
أنباء انفو-اتهم الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون روسيا بالسعي “لزعزعة استقرار أفريقيا” واعتماد خيارات “لا تصبّ في صالح المجتمع الدولي”، وذلك في تصريحات على هامش قمة في باريس.
وقال ماكرون إن روسيا “قوة مزعزعة للاستقرار في أفريقيا عبر مليشيات خاصة” تنكل بالمدنيين، مشيرا إلى أن “الأمم المتحدة وثّقت (حصول) ذلك عبر مجموعة فاغنر في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى”، وذلك خلال مقابلة مع وسائل إعلام فرنسية على هامش قمة “ميثاق عالمي جديد” التي تستضيفها باريس.
ورأى أن موسكو أوجدت نفسها “في وضع لا تحترم فيه القانون الدولي، وباتت من القوى الاستعمارية القليلة في القرن الحادي والعشرين، من خلال شنّ حرب استعمارية على جارتها أوكرانيا”.
وردا على سؤال عما سيكون ردّ فعله في حال اتصل به الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، قال ماكرون “بالتأكيد سأجيب”، مضيفا “إذا اتصل بي ليقترح عليّ أمرا ما، فسأتجاوب، لأن فرنسا كانت دائما قوة مسهّلة ووسيطة”.
إلا أنه أشار إلى أن “استئناف الحوار لن يكون ممكنا إلا في حال احترام القانون الدولي، وهو الوحيد الذي يتيح لنا العيش بسلام”، وفق تعبيره.
وشدد ماكرون على أن لا سبب يدعوه في الوقت الراهن للمبادرة إلى الاتصال بنظيره الروسي، آملا في أن “يحين الوقت.. لمفاوضات وفق شروط أوكرانيا”.
وردّا على تصريحات ماكرون، أكد الكرملين -اليوم الجمعة- العمل على إقامة “علاقات بنّاءة” في أفريقيا.
وقال المتحدث باسم الرئاسة الروسية ديمتري بيسكوف للصحفيين إن “روسيا تنسج (مع الدول الأفريقية) علاقات ودية، بنّاءة مبنيّة على الاحترام المتبادل”، مشددا على أنها “ليست موجّهة ضد دول أخرى ولا يمكنها أن تكون كذلك”.
وتعدّ فرنسا من أبرز حلفاء أوكرانيا الغربيين، وداعما رئيسيا لها ماديا وعسكريا، خلال حربها المستمرة مع روسيا منذ فبراير2022.
