المجلة الفرنسية بدأت الملف بالحديث عن قائد الإنقلاب الجنرال بريس أوليغي نغيما . الذى شغل ملحقا عسكريا لفترة طويلة بالعاصمة المغربية الرباط وله أصدقاء فى مراكز حساسة بالمملكة.
