وزير جيوش فرنسا يتوقع انهيار منطقة الساحل وتقسيم دولة مالي
أنباء انفو- توقع وزير الجيوش الفرنسية سيباستيان لوكورنو ، انهيار منطقة الساحل نتيجة تصاعد حركة التنظيمات الجهادية والنشاط الإنقلابي المزلزل للإستقرار مشيرا إلى احتمال تقسيم جمهورية مالي!.
وقال الوزير الفرنسي فى حديث نشرته صحيفة “لو باريزيان” الفرنسية على موقعها الإلكتروني مساء أمس الجمعة، إن الانقلابات العسكرية التي شهدتها مؤخرا منطقة الساحل وجنوب الصحراء الأفريقية في مالي وبوركينا فاسو والنيجر ستؤدي إلى “الانهيار”.
وأكد الوزير، أن انسحاب القوات المسلحة الفرنسية من هذه البلدان هو إخفاق لهذه الدول وليس فشلا للسياسة الفرنسية هناك. وكان الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون قد أعلن هذا الأسبوع سحب سفير بلاده من نيامي ومغادرة الجنود الفرنسيين البـالغ عددهم 1500 جندي والمتمركزين في النيجر بحلول نهاية العام.
الوزير لوكورنو، اعتبر أن انسحاب القوات العسكرية الفرنسية من مالي وبوركينا فاسو وقريبا من النيجر، لا يعد إخفاقا للسياسة الفرنسية بقدر ما هو “فشل” للدول الثلاث التي شهدت انقلابات عسكرية في الأعوام الأخيرة.
وأضاف “النظام (العسكري) في مالي فضّل فاغنر (المجموعة الروسية المسلحة) على الجيش الفرنسي. رأينا النتيجة: منطقة باماكو باتت منذ ذلك الحين مطوقة من قبل الجهاديين”. وأضاف “الساحل مهدد بالانهيار… كل ذلك سينتهي بشكل سيئ للمجالس العسكرية” الحاكمة في الدول الثلاث.
واستطرد “يقولون لنا إن المشكلة هي فرنسا! لقد كنا الحل بالنسبة إلى الأمن في منطقة الساحل”، مشيرا إلى أن بلاده تمكنت من القضاء على العديد من الخلايا الجهادية في المنطقة وتوفير “الأمن” لآلاف من المدنيين قبل أن تضطر إلى سحب قواتها العسكرية.
وأضاف “الطلب منا الرحيل كان كافيا ليستأنف الإرهاب نشاطه”، مشيرا إلى “تسجيل 2500 حالة قتل في بوركينا فاسو على صلة بالإرهاب” منذ الانقلاب العسكري في سبتمبر 2022.
الوزير الفرنسي أكد أن “مالي باتت على شفير التقسيم، والنيجر للأسف ستتبعها على المسار ذاته”، سائلا “هل يتم تحميلنا المسؤولية إذا كان بعض الأطراف المحليين يفضلون الصراعات العشائرية وازدراء الديمقراطية، بدلا من مكافحة الإرهاب؟ لا أعتقد ذلك”.
