انتشار واسع للجيش فى العاصمة داكار والسلطات تقطع خدمة الانتنيت عن مواقع التواصل
وخوفا من عمليات نهب، بقيت المحلات التجارية مغلقة في شوارع بأكملها ولا تزال تحمل آثار أعمال العنف في اليوم السابق.
وشهدت مناطق عدة في دكار وكازامانس (جنوب) ومدن أخرى الخميس أعمال عنف بسبب قضية عثمان سونكو أشد خصوم الرئيس ماكي سال، الذي يخوض منذ عامين معركة شرسة مع السلطة من أجل بقائه القضائي والسياسي.
وقبل حوادث الأسبوع الجاري، قُتل نحو عشرين مدنيا منذ 2021 في اضطرابات مرتبطة بوضعه، بينما تتبادل السلطة ومعسكر المعارض الاتهامات في هذا الشأن.
وقد شهدت السنغال الخميس اشتباكات بين شبان وقوات الأمن وعمليات نهب لمتاجر ومنشآت عامة واجتياحا للطريق السريع بين دكار والمطار الدولي.
وأعلن وزير الداخلية الجمعة عبر التلفزيون أن تسعة أشخاص قتلوا في هذه الاشتباكات.
وكانت غرفة جنائية حكمت الخميس على سونكو الذي حل في المرتبة الثالثة في الانتخابات الرئاسية في 2019 بالسجن لمدة عامين بتهمة “إفساد الشباب” وهي جنحة تتعلق بتشجيع شخص تحت سن الحادية والعشرين على “الفجور”.
وقد حوكم بتهمة اغتصاب عاملة في صالون تجميل كان يرتاده في 2020 و2021 للتدليك، وتهديدها بالقتل. وكانت هذه الموظفة آجي سار لم تبلغ سن الحادية والعشرين عندما حدثت الوقائع التي رفعت دعوى بشأنها. وبرأت المحكمة سونكو من تهمتي الاغتصاب والتهديد بالقتل.
ولهذا الحكم عواقب جنائية وسياسية مهمة. فبموجب قانون العقوبات، يؤدي هذا القرار إلى تجريد سونكو من أهليته الانتخابية.
لم يكف سونكو عن إنكار التهم الموجهة إليه مشيرا إلى مكيدة من السلطة لإبعاده عن الانتخابات الرئاسية.
وتنفي السلطات ذلك وتؤكد أن القضية “نزاع” طابعه شخصي.
ولم يحضر سونكو جلسة النطق بالحكم ولا أي جلسة أخرى في محاكمته. ويبدو أن قوات الأمن تجبره على البقاء في منزله ، وأنه “محتجز” على قوله.
وقال وزير العدل إسماعيلا ماديور للصحافيين إنه بعد عامين من مواجهة مع السلطات سببت توترا في البلاد يمكن الآن توقيفه “في أي لحظة”.
ويلقى سونكو شعبية كبيرة بين الشباب الباحثين عن آفاق وأمل في بيئة اقتصادية واجتماعية صعبة، بسبب صغر سنه نسبيا وخطابه السيادي والأفريقي ودفاعه عن القيم والتقاليد الدينية وخطاباته ضد “مافيا الدولة” والشركات المتعددة الجنسيات والنفوذ الاقتصادي والسياسي الذي تمارسه فرنسا القوة الاستعمارية السابقة في رأيه.
والعامل الآخر للتوتر هو الغموض الذي يبقيه الرئيس ماكي سال بشأن نيته الترشح لولاية ثالثة أم لا.
