كان الهدف من هذه الصناعة الرخيصة هو ما يعرف تجاريا بالاستجابة لمتطلبات السوق و القوة الشرائية للمواطن ، أما الهدف الحقيقي (غير المعلن طبعا) ، فكان تخم الساحة ، في حربهم على أي عمل جاد ؛ فأصبحت أكثر من مائة حزب حول “التكتل” و أكثر من مائتي جريدة حول “القلم” و أكثر من ثلاثمائة موقع حول “تقدمي” ..
و بالفعل ، أصبح ولد داداه “دگة قديمة” و روائع المرحوم حبيب محفوظ “وجبات ثقيلة حد سلسلة موريتانيد و ولد دهاه زعيم كوريا الشمالية ، المهدد لاستقرار الحياة على كل الكوكب..

أصبح كل سائق تاكسي صحفيا مفوها ، ترتعد فرائس الجميع حين يتحدث و كل من فشل في كل مجالات الحياة ، سياسيا مخضرما و كل لص محتال رجل أعمال يحجز مقعده في الدرجة الأولى من كل مجلس نخبة و كل من يحفظ شطر بيت شعر شعبي ، عميد أدب وكل من عجز عن دفع فاتورة حلاقة ذقنه ، فقيها و مفتيا ، سليلَ ألف ولي ، يُوصَمُ و يُوسَمُ كلَّ من لا يهديه ثلث ماله و نصف دينه ، بالفاجر ، المنكر ، الحاسد لعباد الله ، الناكر لفضل الله عليهم ..
لو كنت وزير داخلية موريتانيا أو مدير أمنها يوم وفاة المغفور له عمار جوب ، لأمرت باعتقال الطرطور ابيرام و منت المخطار و ولد سيدي مولود و العيد ولد محمدن و كل مدراء القنوات و المواقع و الجرائد التي غطت تصريحاتهم الإجرامية .
كيف لبرلماني ، يعي مسؤولياته و يدرك خطىورة تصريحاته و معنى وظيفة برلماني و خطورة شهادته و قيمتها القانونية ، أن يطلق العنان لمزاجه المريض و يؤكد لوسائل إعلام تعسة ، تعيش على الإثارة السخيفة ، ليس من بينها من يفرق بين القانون و الجغرافيا ، أن المرحوم توفي في مركز الشرطة تحت تعذيب أفرادها ، من دون أي اعتبار لتقرير الشرطة و الطبيب الشرعي و وكيل الجمهورية ؟
– ما هي أدلة هؤلاء بأن الضحية توفي بمركز الشرطة ؟
– ما هي أدلتهم بأنه توفي تحت تعذيب الشرطة ؟
– ما هي الوسائل العلمية أو المنطقية التي استطاع هؤلاء من خلالها أن يفرقوا بين تعذيب الشرطة و تعذيب غيرهم ؟
– ما هي مصلحة هؤلاء في تحميل النظام مسؤولية وفاة الضحية ؟
– ما هي القيمة القانونية لتقرير وكيل الجمهورية و الطبيب الشرعي و تقارير الشرطة ، عند هذه العصابة؟
– ما هو الفرق بين برلماني لا يفهم ما يُلزمُه القانون و صحفي لا يفرق بين المسموح و الممنوع ؟
إذا كان جميع هؤلاء يدركون تجاوز أفعالهم ، فهذه كارثة حقيقية و إذا كانوا لا يفهمون فالمصيبة أعظم ؟
– هل يدرك هؤلاء الجهلة ، الأغبياء أنهم بمثل هذه التصرفات الطائشة وضعوا البلد على حافة بركان؟
– هل يدركوا أنهم بمثل هذه التصريحات الشيطانية ، يفقدون الأهلية القانونية إذا التمسنا لهم أحسن المخارج و يستحقون السجون حتى إذا لم نلتمس لهم أسوأها ؟
على هذا النظام أن يصحح هذا الخطأ القاتل و أن يفهم أن صناعة باكوتي هي أكبر و أخطر مصائب هذا البلد ..
على شعبنا و نخبنا المتنورة ، الوفية لهذا البلد ، أن يفرقوا بين مهمة الأمن و مهمة القضاء :
حين تجد قضيةٌ مثل هذه ، من ينفخون فيها بكل ما في نفوسهم من شرور ، بما يحولها إلى شرارة تفجير مجتمع بأكمله ، تكون مهمة الأمن إطفاء الحرائق و السيطرة على الوضع بالصدق ، بالكذب ، باللين ، بالقوة ، بالتهدئة ، بابتلاع الصدمات، بامتصاص الحماس ؛ كل وسيلة مساعدة في التهدئة تصبح مباحة أمنيًا : هذا هو الأمن لمن لا يفرقون بينه و بين القضاء.
من لا يفهمون مثل هذه الأمور و لا يدركون ضرورتها و عبقريتها و نبل مقاصدها ، ليسوا معنيين بشؤون الدولة و لا مؤهلين لاعتلاء مناصب المسؤولية فيها ، بالأحرى أن يكونوا برلمانيين مؤتمنين على أهم أركانها.
من حقنا اليوم بل من واجبنا المقدس ، أن نطالب بمعاقبة هذه الجماعة ، بسحب الثقة و عدم الأهلية و إلغاء الحصانة :
أما كان على هذه المجموعة الشريرة ، قبل إصدار أحكامها الشيطانية ، أن تتريث ولو قليلا ، حتى تسمع ما يصدر عن السلطات ، لتشكك في نزاهته أو تكذبه أو تفسره على أي وجه ؟
فقط ، يتوافدون في ساعة مبكرة على المستشفى (بترصد و إصرار لا يمكن أن نصفه بغير المنظم) و يصدرون أحكامهم الغبية ، المشبعة حقدا و خبثا ، بأن الضحية قتلته الشرطة تحت التعذيب و أنه توفي في المخفر و لم يصل المستشفى حيا ، من دون أبسط دليل ، كما لو كانوا في حل من التبرير !؟
سيكون تجاوز هذه الجريمة جريمةً في حق بلدنا و شعبنا . و بهذا نحملهم كل ما نتج عن تحريضهم و سوء نواياهم من شغب و حرائق و نهب و خسائر في الأرواح و الممتلكات ..
✔️ *و لا يسعنا هنا إلا أن نعبر عن كامل أسفنا على ما حصل من أخطاء تقديرية و تجاوزات تسهيلية و اختلالات جوهرية ، سمحت بوصول أمثال هؤلاء إلى قبة البرلمان : هذه كارثة حقيقية .
