قطاع الطاقة المصري يُمنَحُ حَقَّ الهيمنة على عملية تقييم حقول الغاز فى موريتانيا
وتنصّ بنود التعاون على تقييم حقول الغاز في موريتانيا وتطوير خط أنابيب افتراضي لنقل الغاز المسال وتبادل البيانات والمعلومات وإيجاد فرص في مجال الطاقة، وفق بيان اطّلعت عليه منصة الطاقة المتخصصة.وستتشارك وزارة البترول الموريتانية البيانات والمعلومات مع شركة “طاقة عربية”، الرائدة في مجال المحروقات والطاقة النظيفة والمياه، لتقييم الفرص وتحديدها حسب الأولويات.
وستعمل الشركة المصرية على إجراء الدراسات وتقييم تطوير حقول الغاز في موريتانيا، إذ سيتعاون الطرفان على إجراء دراسة الجدوى الفنية والتجارية لخطّ أنابيب الغاز المسال الافتراضي.ونقل عن وزير البترول والمعادن والطاقة الموريتاني عبد السلام ولد محمد صالح ، قوله إن التعاون سيسهم إلى حدّ بعيد بتطوير إمكانات وموارد الغاز في موريتانيا والاستفادة من خبرة شركة طاقة عربيةالمصرية.
ويملك قطاع الغاز في موريتانيا احتياطيات ضخمة تتجاوز 110 تريليونات قدم مكعبة، مدعومة بموارد الأحواض البحرية، من شأنها طرح فرص لضمان أمن الطاقة وتعزيز مستويات الوصول ورفع مستويات نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.
أما نائب رئيس شركة “طاقة عربية” لأفريقيا المصري عدلي كفافي، فقد اكد إلى أن مذكرة التعاون ستفتح آفاقا جديدة للشركة، في بلد تشير كل المعطيات إلى تبوُّئه مكانة رائدة في أسواق الطاقة مستقبلًا، نظرًا للإمكانات الهائلة التي يزخر بها.
وشهدت صناعة الغاز في موريتانيا طفرة مؤخرًا، مع إطلاق عدد من المشروعات، في مقدّمتها مشروع تورتو أحميم الذي تُقدَّر احتياطياته بنحو 30 تريليون قدم مكعبة من الغاز، وتجري الاستعدادات على قدم وساق تمهيدًا لبدء الإنتاج نهاية 2023، ولمدة تستمر 30 عامًا.
ويوجد حاليا في موريتانيا وفد رفيع المستوى من الشركة للقيام بزيارات ميدانية للوزارة وشركات صوملك، بي بي، أسنيــم، تازيازت، الشركة الموريتانية للمحروقات.
يُذكر أن “طاقة عربية” شركة مصرية رائدة في توزيع الطاقة وخدمتها المتكاملة في مصر والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، إذ تغطى الاحتياجات اليومية من غاز طبيعي، وكهرباء، وطاقة متجددة، ومنتجات نفطية، ومياه في 50 مدينة مصرية لما يزيد عن 1.7 مليون مشترك منزلي، وصناعي، وتجاري، وسياحي.
