أنباء انفو- هذا المقال ليس للترفيه ولا للتسلية بل هو صيحة إنذار من مُشفِقٍ لـم يتمكّن من تفسير لُغْزِ عدمِ مبالاة الرئيس غزواني بهجرة عشرات الآلاف من الشباب إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتكلّف كل واحد منهم بَيْعَ ممتلكاتِ ذويه لِيؤمِّنَ حوالي عشرة آلاف دولار يُهاجِرُ بها هجرة غير شرعيّة، ولا تزال أفواج الشباب من جميع الإثنيات والأعراق في موريتانيا تنسِّق فيما بينها وَعْيًا منهم وقناعةً أن لن يَنالوا من موارد بلادِهم الغنيّةِ بالثروة السمكية والحيوانية وبالغاز والنفط والذهب والحديد واليورانيوم والملح وسائر المعادن قطميرا ولا نقيرا ولا فتيلا ولا ما يُؤذي العيْنَ، وإنصافا منهم أنّ نظام “حزب الإنصاف” لن يُنصِفَهم إلا بترويضهم لِيعلموا رأيَ العيْنِ أن حَفْنَةً أو حُثَالَةً مِن الْـمُترَفِينَ الْـمُمَتَّعين بعقيدَةِ “أنّ اللهَ وهَبَ لهم البلاد وما فيها من الخيرات والموارد لا يستثنون منه شيئا ولو صدقَةً لشعب طيِّب مسالم”.
إنّ هجرة عشراتِ الآلاف من الشباب في بضعة أشهر زُمَرًا زُمَرًا وأفواجًا أفواجًا يتكلّفون بيع ممتلكات أهليهم لَتَعْقِرُ مِصداقيَّةَ النظام الحاكم وتفرض على البرلمان والمحامين والقضاةِ اتِّهامَ رئيس الجمهورية محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني بالخيانة العظمى للأدلّة التالية:
أولا: أنّه اشترك مع بشار الأسد في سبيل مُتعةِ الكرسي الزائلة بتفريغ البلاد من أهلها وجَلْبِ مواطنين آخَرين للاستيطان وكما شَرَّدَ السفاح بشار الشعب السوري إلى الخارج واستورد رعايا إيرانيين وأفغان وباكستانيين بديلا عنهم فقد شرَّد غزواني عشرات الآلاف من الشباب واستوْرد بعد اتِّفاقه مع إسبانيا آلافَ الأفارقة الْمُرَحَّلين الذين وصلت طلائعُ أفواجِهم في رحلات جويّة، ولا يسع غزواني ترحيلَهم إلى بُلدانِهم كما لم يسع اسبانيا ترحيلهم إليها، وأحسن التأويلاتِ أن غزواني آثَرَ مواطنين لا حُقوقَ لهم عن شعبه المؤتمن على مصالحهم.
ثانيا: أنّ نسبة الفساد وصَرْفَ مواردِ البلد الكثيرة الوفيرة عن التنمية والبُنَـى التحتية وأسباب الاستقلال قد تغوّلتْ وتضاعفت أكثر عن عشرية ولد عبد العزيز وعشرينيّة ولد الطايع حتى أضحت موريتانيا ـ مقارنة مع جيرانها ـ أفقر دولة وأضعف دولة وأعجز دولة عن حماية حدودها المهددة باجتياح مرتزقة “فاغنر”.
ثالثا: أنّ التَّرْكَ عَمَلٌ كما يأثَم من أتَـى على بئرٍ غيرِ مُسَوَّرةِ الفتحةِ قد تتردَّى فيها البهيمة والأعمَى الأعشَى فترك تسويرَها فهو يحمل كِفْلَ مَن تردَّى فيها، وكما يأثَم مَن تركَ غريقا يغرق فلم يستغرق جُهدَه ووُسْعَه لإنقاذِه، وكذلك ترك ولد غزواني حمْلَ الأمانة ورعاية مصالح الشعب وسلَّط شركات أجنبية على السمك والذهب والمعادن تتمتع بها عفْوا صفْوًا ولِيستفيدَ حفنة من الوجهاء والمهرجين ببعض فُتاتِهم.

كل علامات الإنذار بإنهيار الدولة الموريتانية موجودة. لقد أصابت البلد لعنة سوء الإدارة و فساد العشرية الماضية التي كانت قاتلة لموريتانيا. إن الناس لا يَخْفَى عليهم أن الملاحقات القضائية لِفَساد العشرية الماضية لم تتقدم حقًا منذ أربع سنوات وأن الأموال المختلسة بعيدة عن أن يتم استرجاعها ، فإن المبالغ القليلة التي احتجزتها العدالة ليست سوى غيض من فيض. الفساد الماضي لم يعاقب عليه بالتالي لم يعد هناك أي أمل في الحد من الفساد في الوقت الحاضر أو في المستقبل لموارد الغاز ، كما أن الناس يلاحظون بقاء وزراء سابقين من الأنظمة القديمة ولديهم تاريخ من خيانة الدولة، بقاءهم في الحكومة ، وأخيراً تعيين الوزير الأسبق مختار ول اجاي في التعديل الأخير. لذا ، فإن السِبَاق المحموم للجميع الآن للحصول على نصيبهم من الكعكة ، اليوم هم خُلفاء النواب البرلمانيين يطالبون برواتب، وغدًا المسؤولون المنتخبون المحليون أو الجهويون الآخرون .. هجرة الشباب إلى الولايات المتحدة.
الرئيس ولد الغزواني يحاول فقط بَسَطَ العافية و الطُّمأنينة لجميع الموريتانيين من خلال إصلاح المظالم الماضية قدر الإمكان ، من خلال توزيع الحصص المتبقية من الكعكة على الجميع. لا يمكنه أن يعالج الأمر بِغَيْر هذه الطريقة لأن النُّخَبَ المَوْروثة من عشرية الفساد الماضية والوزراء السابقين السيئين من الأنظمة القديمة موجودون في النظام ويشكلون عائقًا حقيقيًا لأي عمل. أصبحت البلاد غير قابلة للحكم تقريبًا. إنها لعنة عشرية الفساد الماضية

I’m not sure exactly why but this site is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
