لجنة رفع الحصانة عن نائب فى برلمان موريتانيا بين مؤيد ومعارض
أنباء انفو- تواجه اللجنة المكلفة بوضع آلية تشريعية لرفع الحصانة عن النائب البرلماني الموريتاني محمد بويا ولد الشيخ محمد فاضل المتهم بالإساء إلى رئيس الجمهورية محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني ، معارضة شعبية عكستها أغلب كتابات المدونين الموريتانيين عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي ، رغم وجود من يدافع عنها و بطالب بمعاقبة النائب.
وقد تم تشكيل اللجنة البرلمانية المذكورة من ثمانية نواب جميعم من حزب “الإنصاف” الحاكم فى موريتانيا ، إضافة إلى نائب واحد عن الأغلبية حزب التحالف الوطني الديمقراطي .
وامتنعت الكتل البرلمانية الممثلة للمعارضة فى البرلمان المشاركة فى جميع خطوات تشكيل اللجنة المذكورة، وتم تشكيل اللجنة ، رغم أن المادة: 86 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية الوطنية (برلمان موريتانيا) تنص على أن تشكيل لجنة رفع الحصانة ينبغى ان يشكل أعضاء اللجنة من رؤساء الكتل البرلماني.
وجاء فى مقدمة المدونين المنتقدين لمداخلة النائب محمد بويا ، رئيس سلطة الإشهار محمد عبد الله لحبيب، الذى قال “لقد أعطى محمد بوي خصومه سكينا ذا حدين، وهم لا يبالون بأيهما ذبح، وعليه أن يختار ذبحته بنفسه؛ إما ذبحة مؤقتة تبرئه من تهمة الإساءة للجناب النبوي، وإما الاحتفاظ بالحصانة والمقعد والاحتفاظ معهما بثوب اتهام بالإساءة لجناب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، حالت السياسة دون تمحيصه! فليختر”.
وكتب قائلا أيصا: إن” قضية النائب محمد بوي مسألة لا يمكن أن يجاب عنها إلا عن طريق حكم قضائي نهائي، وهو ما لا يتأتى دون رفع الحصانة؛ ومصلحة النائب محمد بوي أن ترفع عنه الحصانة حتى يتبين الرأي العام حقيقة ما قاله، وحتى ينال جزاء ما اقترف”.
أما المدون محمد الأمين فاضل فقد جاء برأي مخالف اتهم فيه الأوائل الذين بادروا بالتصدى للنائب أثناء مداخلته المثيرة وقال: إن ” ردود الأفعال الخاطئة التي أعقبت مداخلة النائب محمد بوي أخرجت هذا النائب من مأزق حقيقي، حيث أنها ستظهره للرأي العام على أنه ضحية لدفاعه عن عرض رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، على الرغم من أن مداخلته كانت مسيئة لعرض الرسول عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام، وسيكسب بذلك الظهور تعاطف شعبية كبيرة لدى البسطاء من الناس، وهي شعبية كان يبحث عنها.
وأكد المدون أن تلك الردود المتسرعة ستظهر للرأي العام أن النائب محمد بويا ، مجرد “ضحية لسياسة النظام في تكميم أفواه المعارضة، وسيمنحه ذلك تعاطف الكثير من المعارضين، والكثير ممن يرفعون شعار الدفاع عن حرية الرأي”.
