وزير أسبق يكتب عن ثناء الغرب على موريتانيا ودخول الناتو على الخط
أنباء انفو- اعتبر الوزير الموريتاني الأسبق والسياسي البارز محمد فال بلال، التقارب القوي الحاصل حاليا بين النظام الحاكم فى بلاده والغرب دليلا واضحا على “أن حلف الناتو يتجه بوضوح إلى موريتانيا مستعيضا بنواكشوط عن باماكو ونيامي اللتين شهدتا تغييرات في أنظمة الحكم أبعدتهما عن الفضاء الغربي وجعلتهما أقرب للمصيدة الروسية”.
وفى مقال تحليلي نشره على موقع التواصل ، أكد وزير الخارجية الأسبق، ” أن التقارب الحاصل يأتى فى سياق تغيير التوازن داخل مجموعة دول الساحل الخمس، والتهديد الروسي المتمثل في الحضور المكثف لمجموعة فاغنر في منطقة الساحل”.
وكتب ولد بلال “أصبحت موريتانيا بالفعل حليفا مهما للغرب في هذا الجزء من دول الجنوب، وهو ما كانت بدايته عضوية موريتانيا، عام 1995، في الحوار المتوسطي لحلف “الناتو” والتي جعلت موريتانيا شريكًا يوثق به لدى هذه المنظمة”.
وتحدث مقال الكاتب عن كثرة اللقاءات وتبادُل الزيارات على مستوى رفيع بين موريتانيا وبين “الناتو”، حيث -حسب ملاحظته- تسارعت الحركة في الآونة الأخيرة”، “وهذا، يقول الوزير، دليل على اهتمام متزايد ورغبة واضحة في تعزيز التعاون بين الطرفين”.
وقال إنه ومهما يكن،” فإن اهتمام “الناتو” بالاستمرار في تعميق الشراكة مع موريتانيا في السنوات القادمة، عبر توسيع دائرة الحوار السياسي وتعزيز التعاون على الأرض، هو دليل قاطع على نوايا الدول الغربية في الاستعاضة عن “باماكو” و”نيامي” بنواكشوط من منظور استراتيجي، ويتجلى ذلك في مغازلة موريتانيا سياسيا وإعلاميا، وبشتى الوسائل الممكنة: فما من دولة في “الناتو”، ولا صحيفة، ولا قناة إذاعية أو تلفزيونية إلا وتتغنى بمشاعر الود والإعجاب والتقدير لموريتانيا”.
وأكد أنه والحالة هذه، “تبقى موريتانيا أمام معادلة صعبة، حيث لا ينبغي لها “الولاء”.. ولا ينبغي لها “الجفاء”! لا ينبغي لها أن تساير “الناتو” في أهدافه الحربية، ولا ينبغي لها أن تبتعد عنه، وتخيب آماله، فالقرب من “الناتو” يعرض للانتقام من روسيا وأدواتها في المنطقة، والابتعاد عنه مثل الابتعاد عن أي صديق، قد يؤدي إلى خيبة، وردود فعل مضرة”.
ثم يضيف نحن ” نوجد في قلب منطقة مضطربة، وسط مصالح متناقضة، وفي مرمى جميع الأطراف المتحاربة، ومهما بذلنا من جهد لإرضاء الجميع، فإننا سنكون دائما محل اتهام وظنون وشكوك من قبل الأصدقاء، والأعداء، والخصوم، والحساد، وسنتعرض لإغراءات وضغوط قوية”.
