روسيا تعتمد الدرهم المغربي والدينار الجزائري للتداول في أسواقها المالية
أنباء انفو- أعلنت الحكومة الفيدرالية فى روسيا الإتحادية عن اعتمادها لقائمة تضم 31 دولة صديقة ومحايدة يسمح للبنوك والمضاربين منها بالتداول في سوق الصرف الأجنبي والسوق المالية في روسيا.
بحسب بيان الحكومة الروسية الذي نشر على موقعها، فإن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى جعل التحويل المباشر للعملات الوطنية للدول الصديقة والمحايدة وتشكيل عروض الأسعار المباشرة للروبل أكثر كفاءة.
وتضم قائمة الدول: أذربيجان، أرمينيا، بيلاروسيا، قيرغيزستان، طاجيكستان، تركمانستان، أوزبكستان، الجزائر، بنغلادش، البحرين، البرازيل، فنزويلا، فيتنام، مصر، الهند، إندونيسيا، إيران، قطر، الصين، كوبا، ماليزيا، المغرب، منغوليا، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عمان، باكستان، المملكة العربية السعودية، صربيا، تايلاند، تركيا، جنوب أفريقيا.
وقال وكالة سبوتنيك، “قبل اعتماد هذه القواعد، كان بإمكان المقيمين الروس فقط المشاركة في تداول العملات الأجنبية، ولم يكن لدى معظمهم الفرصة لتوفير السيولة بالعملات الوطنية بالحجم المطلوب.”
وأضافت سبوتنيك أنه تم إعداد القرار لتنفيذ المعايير الجديدة للقانون الاتحادي “بشأن التجارة المنظمة”، المعتمد في يوليو 2023. تهدف هذه القواعد إلى زيادة كفاءة آلية التحويل المباشر للعملات الوطنية للدول الصديقة والمحايدة وتشكيل عروض أسعار مباشرة للروبل لتلبية طلب الاقتصاد الروسي على المدفوعات بالعملة الوطنية.
