تغيب موريتانيا عن اجتماع مراكش التنسيقي بين المغرب ودول الساحل

انباء انفو- غابت موريتانيا عن اجتماع وزاري للتنسيق بشأن المبادرة الدولية، التي أطلقها الملك محمد السادس، والرامية إلى تعزيز دخول بلدان الساحل إلى المحيط الأطلسي.

غياب موريتانيا عن اجتماع تنسيقي، انطلق اليوم السبت، فى مراكش المغربية ، شاركت فيه جميع دول الساحل الأخرى ( مالي ، النيجر. اتشاد ، بوركينافاسو) يطرح أكثر من علامة استفهام خصوصا وان العلاقات الموريتانية المغربية تعيش أفضل مراحلها ويتعاون البلدان على مستوى أكثر من صعيد .

يذكر أن الإجتماع التنسيقي بين المغرب ودول الساحل، يأتى  بعد خطاب عاهل المغرب  الملك محمد السادس ،  بمناسبة الذكرى الـ 48 للمسيرة الخضراء  ، وهو الخطاب الذى  شدد  فيه على ان “المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجه دول منطقة الساحل  لن يتم حلها بالأبعاد الأمنية والعسكرية فقط؛ بل باعتماد مقاربة تقوم على التعاون والتنمية المشتركة”.

  1. لايمكن التحدث عن غياب موريتانيا في هذ الأجتماع لأن موريتانيا تدخل في نطاق التكتل الأقتصادي للدول المطلة على المحيط الأطلسي لها واجهة أطلسية. هذه الدول المشاركة: مالي, النيجير, التشاد وبوكينافسو دول ستندمج مع التكتل السالف ذكره. وهذا الأقتراح لايمكن تحقيقه بدون مشاركة موريتانيا لأنها دولة فصل بين المغرب ودول الساحل ومعبر بري وحيد نحو الدول المطلة على المحيط الأطلسي. موريتانيا تربطها علاقات اقتصادية كبيرة مع المغرب ولها بعد استراتيجي داخل المعادلة الاقتصادية الافريقية مع باقي دول العالم. سياسة موريتانيا الحالية تتسم بالرزانة وعدم الانفعال ولها أهداف ايستراتيجية تحاول الوصول اليها داخل منظومة أفريقية تتميز بالأستقرار و التنمية.
